Welcome to Bromley & Beckenham Hockey Club — our Ladies 1st XI is more than just a team. It’s a competitive, committed, and close-knit squad of over 20 players, all pushing each other to be better every week. With a blend of home-grown talent, National League veterans, and international experience, we’re building something bold — and we’re hungry for more.

We train twice a week — Monday and Wednesday — at Langley Park School for Girls, under the expert guidance of Stephen Mina-Jones. With 28 years of coaching experience and a Level 2 Australian hockey qualification, Stephen brings intensity, insight, and inspiration to every session. But we don’t stop there.

Thanks to our sponsor Aphobos CrossFit, our players benefit from tailored preseason and in-season fitness programs, plus individual support to help each athlete reach their peak. Whether you're chasing speed, strength, or stamina, we’ve got the tools to get you there.

We believe that chemistry off the pitch fuels performance on it. That’s why our social calendar is just as packed as our fixture list. From team dinners to club-wide events at Beckenham Sports Club — just minutes from our training ground — we celebrate our wins, support each other through losses, and make memories that last beyond the final whistle.
